This site and the WiFi hotspots listed on it are
operated by Australia’s largest free WiFi provider CafeScreen.
Hotspots are completely free and
do not require input of username/password. We do however ask that if accessing
the Internet via our network you observe the following straight forward
etiquette.
Free WiFi Etiquette:
Purchase something from the café providing the
hotspot. Minimum rule of thumb is at least 1 coffee per hour.
If you're working on WiFi in a venue please ask
for permission before accessing a power point for your laptop and don’t
be offended if refused.
If you plan on regularly accessing the Internet
for longer than 15 minutes at a café try to time your visits to be during
less busy periods. Typically 9am-11am or 2pm-4pm.
If you have been online for greater than 1 hour
and the venue becomes busy please move on and relinquish your table for
other customers.
